How we handle your information.
What we collect
When you submit our inquiry form, we collect the details you enter: your name, business name, email, optional phone number, estimated monthly card volume, solution of interest, message, and any processing statement you choose to upload. We also store a one-way hashed form of your network address to help prevent spam and abuse.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and to review your current processing pricing if you've shared a statement. Submitting the form is not a sign-up for marketing.
Uploaded statements
Statements are stored in private storage. They are not publicly accessible and can only be viewed by authorized Caliber staff who are signed in, using short-lived links. Please redact bank account numbers and other unnecessary sensitive details before uploading. Never send card numbers or Social Security numbers.
